    Three Lady Cooks Brand Sardines in Tomato Sauce 1 Can
    White egg 1 Egg
    Cornstarch 2 Teaspoons
    Chinese brandy 2 Tablespoons
    Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoons
    Grounded garlic 1 Tablespoons
    Chopped onion 1 Tablespoons
    Chopped ginger 1 Tablespoons
    Chilli oil 1 Tablespoons
    Sesame oil 1 Teaspoons
    Three Lady Cooks Brand Soy sauce 1 Tablespoons
    Sugar 1 Tablespoons
    Vinegar 1 Tablespoons
    Three Lady Cooks Brand Fish sauce 1 Tablespoons
    Broth 1/2 Cup
    Cornstarch (melt in water) 3 Tablespoons
    Cilantro leaves  
    Steamed jasmine rice  

     

Procedure

    1. Open a can of sardine in tomato sauce and take only fish to the bowl. Then apply corn starch and Chinese brandy together and marinate for 30 minutes.
    2. To prepare Szechuan sauce, put a pan on the stove, use medium heat. Put some oil and chopped garlic stir fry with onion and ginger, then add some broth and season with Three Lady Cooks Brand soy sauce, Three Lady Cooks Brand fish sauce, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, chilli oil and add some melting cornstarch and stir well until the sauce is blended then put marinated mackerel into sauce and stir until it is hot and soak with sauce. To serve, put fish on the plate and top with some cilantro leaves and serve with steamed jasmine rice.
