Mackerel Curry Custard

Serve as fine snack

Flavoring

    Three Lady Cooks Brand Mackerel Chu Chee 1 Can
    Diced pork fat 1/4 Cup
    Vegetable oil (optional) 1 Tablespoon
    Crunched cilantro root, garlic, and grounded pepper (all together) 1 Teaspoon
    Chicken egg 1Egg
    Three Lady Cooks Brand soy sauce 2 Teaspoons
    Fine sliced cilantro leaves  
    Shredded red chilli pepper  
    Small size of ceramic cups  

     

Procedure

    1. Open the can of Three Lady Cooks Brand Mackerel Chu Chee and mash only fish meat roughly.
    2. Blend pork fat, chicken egg, crunched cilantro root, Three Lady Cooks Brand soy sauce, oil and mix everything until blended well. Put in ceramic cups and top with cilantro leaves and sliced red chilli pepper and put cups in steam for 15 minutes. Serve while it is hot.
