
Mackerel Curry Custard
Serve as fine snack
Three Lady Cooks Brand Mackerel Chu Chee | 1 Can |
Diced pork fat | 1/4 Cup |
Vegetable oil (optional) | 1 Tablespoon |
Crunched cilantro root, garlic, and grounded pepper (all together) | 1 Teaspoon |
Chicken egg | 1Egg |
Three Lady Cooks Brand soy sauce | 2 Teaspoons |
Fine sliced cilantro leaves | |
Shredded red chilli pepper | |
Small size of ceramic cups |
1. Open the can of Three Lady Cooks Brand Mackerel Chu Chee and mash only fish meat roughly.
2. Blend pork fat, chicken egg, crunched cilantro root, Three Lady Cooks Brand soy sauce, oil and mix everything until blended well. Put in ceramic cups and top with cilantro leaves and sliced red chilli pepper and put cups in steam for 15 minutes. Serve while it is hot.
